Ms. Skillings is an experienced attorney with over a decade of varied legal and professional experience to bring to your representation. Ms. Skillings graduated from Franklin Marshall College in 2001, magna cum laude, with a B.A. in Biology. She attended law School at Washington University in St. Louis, obtaining her Juris Doctorate, Order of the Coif, in 2004.
Prior to opening her own practice in the Eastern Sierra, Ms. Skillings was an associate at Bryan Cave, LLP, in St. Louis Missouri, where she practiced commercial and intellectual property litigation, and Ropes and Gray, LLP, in Boston, Massachusetts, where she practiced commercial litigation, immigration law, and criminal defense. She has also worked as a grant writer, legislative analyst and outreach coordinator for local nonprofit groups, and currently serves on the boards of several local volunteer organizations. Ms. Skillings is admitted to practice law in California, Massachusetts, and Missouri.
Ms. Skillings enjoys living and working in the Eastern Sierra, where she feels she can use her law degree to make a difference for people. In addition to being a first rate lawyer, she is a mother, skier, youth soccer coach, and lover of travel and the outdoors.
